Do you lodge an affidavit after serving legal documents?

Yes, once we have served the documents to the entended recipient we complete an affidavit and sign in the presence of a Justice Of The Piece and lodge via the ecourts portal. You will be notified (or your legal representative) once this is completed

What is the cost?

We quote our prices based on a few different factors;

- The location of where the documents are to be served

- Type of documents

- Urgency of service, if you need a service done within 24 hours there may be a small extra cost

- Some other factors may play a part
